Minimum Attendance Requirements

If a class or event requires a minimum number of bookings to proceed this shall be indicated on the booking details.  I would always rather try to fill a space and have class proceed than reschedule or cancel completely. I shall be in touch to let you know if a class you have booked onto is not sufficiently booked.  You never know, it might be the perfect excuse to being a friend along to fill the space. If we are unable to meet the minimum attendance requirements you will be entitled to a full refund, or the option to move your booking to an alternative date.  I shall contact you to see which you prefer at the time.

 

Cancellation by me

If I am unable to deliver a class for any reason, I shall endeavor to arrange cover for you, and if this is not possible the class shall be cancelled.  If a suitable time and date cannot be arranged,or the option of a gift voucher is not suitable, a full refund shall be provided.  Please note this is for the class fee, and not for any third party costs incurred. 

 

Cancellation by you

Unfortunately class bookings are not refundable. Due to preparation, logistics and minimum requirements for the classes this is not something I can offer. If you are able to send someone in your place this is not a problem (please note this may not suitable for a multi session class, contact me to discuss).  Please contact me to let me know as soon as you can and with the details of the person taking your place. 

 

If you are no longer able to come to a class, please do get in contact as soon as possible. If I am able to resell your place then I can offer you a refund on the ticket price minus an administration fee.

I cannot offer a refund for a class cancellation or inability to participate as a result of malfunctioning equipment.

Multiple class sessions

Some courses run over multiple sessions and unfortunately missed sessions cannot be made up.  If you miss one session as part of a course you will still receive all the additional supporting materials and reseources for the class.  If you do miss a session and would like to enquire about 1:1 tuition for anything please get in touch.
